For its new headquarters, Fondaction wanted a bright, sustainable, and deeply human environment. Chevalier Morales envisioned a modern and intelligent space, while Lanthier Construction led the complete transformation of the building. For our part, we contributed one of the project's signature elements: a marmoleum floor, a bold choice in a world where carpet usually dominates.

This flooring, still relatively uncommon in office environments, created bright, warm, and seamless surfaces. The installation required exceptional technical expertise: welded joints across the entire surface, steps made of marmoleum and rubber, and millimeter precision at every stage. This project was carried out by an expert team, accustomed to the challenges of high-end finishing.

More than just an architectural project, the transformation of Fondaction's offices reflects a profound reflection on the evolution of the world of work and the adaptation of spaces to new, dynamic work practices. Designed with sustainability in mind, the project aims for carbon neutrality through rigorous planning and optimized long-term maintenance management.

This innovative approach has been widely recognized. The project won an award at the Monuma Gala , and its redesign also received Gold certification at the Grands Prix du Design , awarded by INT Design. These two distinctions highlight the exceptional quality of the design and its execution.
