Solucare, our commercial cleaning division, founded in 1999, offers maintenance, cleaning, and restoration services for commercial flooring. Each year, we clean and maintain nearly seven million square feet of carpet and other types of surfaces.

01. Carpet Cleaning

In addition to the regular maintenance performed by your cleaning staff, your carpets will inevitably require deep cleaning. Solucare offers both one-time (annual) and emergency carpet cleaning services. Our teams are available as frequently as you require, according to your needs. Depending on your company's specific requirements, a single annual visit from our team can completely transform the cleanliness of your environment. Solucare's strategic program guarantees a consistently clean work environment and optimizes your carpet maintenance budget. Our service plans are tailored to the needs of your workspaces. Our teams visit your offices more than once a year, aiming to clean different areas on each visit. High-traffic areas can therefore be cleaned more frequently, if necessary. Our service program allows for special requests to be addressed during each visit, at no extra charge. This strategy enables us to be efficient by targeting the areas that require maintenance.

Methods used

Cleaning is achieved through an encapsulation process that leaves a protective layer to preserve the integrity of the fibers, preventing dirt from adhering to the carpet and making vacuuming more efficient between cleanings. This process reduces water usage and preserves the adhesive used during carpet installation.

In addition to deep cleaning surfaces, our solutions provide complete carpet restoration and decontamination while being eco-friendly. Solucare has acquired a truck-mounted unit that uses state-of-the-art technology while meeting environmental standards. It can clean up to 20 floors without any loss of cleaning power.

The HWE hot water extraction process can be used for carpet restoration cleaning in high-traffic areas or when carpets are heavily soiled due to a buildup of dry or oily residue. Our solutions remove soiling and protect the fibers. In the long term, these methods will protect the appearance of your floor coverings.

02. Vinyl Cleaning

Vinyl cleaning is essential to maintaining your floor's clean appearance and durability. Solucare tailors its products, equipment, and staff to your specific requirements and needs. Solutions are created based on several factors, including surface area, traffic volume, budget, flooring composition, and more. Our Neverstrip solutions provide high-performance protection with minimal maintenance.

Steps

Vinyl flooring that requires a sealant and wax is cleaned differently than vinyl that doesn't need waxing. Depending on the product's composition, our team will either strip or degrease the surface. The floor must be clean, neutralized, and dry.

Has your flooring been neglected? We have the solution. It will be cleaned using specialized products and equipment. This process removes accumulated dirt and restores the vinyl to its original beauty.

Following the cleaning stage, the vinyl will be rinsed and polished. Polishing can be done with wax, sealant, or our VinylSeal™ technology by Neverstrip. It is also possible to simply dry polish your siding.

03. Ceramic Cleaning

CPL Solutions cleaning teams completely restore your ceramic floors to their original, like-new condition. No need to deal with the arduous task of removing tiles or the potentially costly possibility of replacement. Our ceramic cleaning solutions are not only affordable but also an eco-friendly alternative. Transform those hard-to-maintain tiles and grout into beautiful, easy-to-clean surfaces. They'll look as good as new, thanks to NeverStrip tile sealer. Our tile sealer is available in various sheens and resists a range of odors (urine, chemicals, food, and other compounds). Furthermore, the floor finishes we use are incredibly environmentally friendly due to their durability and petroleum-free composition.

Steps

Using a rotary brush, your ceramic floors will first be completely stripped and cleaned by our maintenance teams. Our environmentally friendly products will be used depending on the composition (ceramic, porcelain, slate, marble, etc.) and condition of your flooring.

Our extraction machines or our mobile factory will perform the complete rinsing. The next step will be the pH and alkalinity test. In all cases, the ceramic must reach a neutral pH before the application of a topcoat. If the work is not carried out correctly, this step will have to be repeated.

Final step: applying the finish. Grout coloring will completely transform the look of your flooring. Applying a sealant or our TileSeal™ technology by Neverstrip will prolong the cleanliness of your commercial flooring and greatly simplify maintenance.
